Do you offer fabric and product samples?
Samples are offered at our discretion. In most cases, a sample will be sent free of charge within 2 business days. Please email us with any inquires you may have.
Do you have a public shop I can visit?
We are strictly an online store and do not have a public location for customers to visit and shop.
Can I place an order via phone, fax, or email?
All orders must be placed directly through the Fabric Textile Products, Inc. web store. No orders will be taken via phone call, fax, or email. No exceptions. Please do not send purchase orders as we cannot manually process orders for you.
Is there a discounted rate for bulk orders? Do you offer wholesale buying accounts?
Yes, we now offer wholesale accounts. Please click the wholesale tab at the top of the page for all information and policies.
Do you still accept returns after the 30 day period?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days. The 30 day return period starts from the date of the original transaction.
When will my order ship?
We operate Monday through Friday (8AM to 4PM EST) and most orders will ship within 2 business days. Products that are made to order may require an additional 3 to 5 business days to produce and ship out.
Will my fabric order be sent in a continuous piece?
We will do our very best to send all fabric yardage in continuous cuts, however, in some circumstances it is not possible. Some yardage may need to be sent in multiple cuts.
Do you offer product customization?
We are unable to customize products. We do not have the ability to embroider or monogram items.
How long will it take to receive my Fedex shipment?

Can I purchase half yards of fabric?
We sell all fabric by the full yard. A yard is 36 inches in length. No exceptions.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
All customers will receive email notification with tracking information.
What is your back-order policy?
Under some circumstances we may need more time and materials to complete made-to-order products. In the event that we cannot ship out a complete order, the customer will be contacted via email with the information. From there, we will handle the situation accordingly. This will be handled on a case by case basis. Also please note that if an item is labeled as "discontinued", there is no back-order possibility. These items will not be restocked and are final sale items.
